What does my ticket include (tastings, glass, food, etc.)?
Tastings from 15 different producers, music from DJ Action Slacks and a commemorative wine glass.
Can I buy tickets at the event?
yes!
Is the event 21+?
RTWF is 21+ only due to the nature of the event.
Do I need to bring ID?
Please bring ID for ID check at the welcome tent.
🍷 Tasting Experience
What wineries will be there?
Alumbra, Approachment, Bellingar, Copius, Elk Cove, Lerzi, Limited Addition, Liska, Maypop, Mendivia, Pike Road, Project M, Rubato, Satyr Fire, Timothy Malone
Will there be non-alcoholic options?
We’ll have water stations around the tasting spaces and Renegade Food truck will have bottled water for sale.
Do I need to spit, or are dump buckets provided?
Large dump buckets will be on every winery’s table. Or just use the ground!

Is food included or available for purchase?
Food available for purchase from Renegade Food Truck.
Are there vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?
There will be a vegetarian option.

What are the event hours?
General Admission is between 4-7pm.
📍 Location & Transportation
Where is the event located?
Elk Cove Vineyards | 27751 NW Olson Rd. Gaston, OR 97119 (but don’t take Russell Creek Road, it does not go through to Elk Cove. Also, stay on Highway 47 all the way to Gaston to avoid bumpy, dirt roads)!
Is parking available (free or paid)?
Free parking in 2 parking lots and among the vines.
Are there ride-share drop-offs, or public transit options?
Don’t get stranded! Ride services are unreliable in our area. Uber/Lyft may drop you off at Elk Cove, but they will not pick you up without prior arrangements.

Can I buy wine at the event?
Each winery will be selling their bottles – if you like a bottle, buy it (or 10!)
Can wineries ship wine to me?
Each winery will have their own purchase parameters.
Are there case discounts or event-only specials?
Each winery will have their own discount tiers.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Because this is an outdoor event with wind and rain possible, we ask for all purchases to be made via credit card.

Should I bring my own glass?
Nope! You will receive a commemorative wine glass upon entry to the event.
Can I bring a water bottle?
Yes!
🌦️ Weather & Attire
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
This wine fest occurs fully outdoors regardless of weather.
What happens if it rains?
The event will happen rain or shine!
What should I wear (heels on grass, etc.)?
Please wear comfortable shoes as the event is on uneven, grassy terrain.
🎶 Entertainment & Atmosphere
Will there be live music or DJs?
DJ Action Slacks will be onsite spinning Yacht Rock tunes!

Is the event family-friendly?
Unfortunately this event is 21+
Are pets allowed?
Well-behaved, leashed dogs are allowed.
Is the venue ADA accessible?
We will have a small area for ADA parking nearest the venue.
🚫 Policies
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
We can refund your ticket purchase up to 48 hours before the event; anything within that window is non-refundable.
Are tickets transferable?
Please text us at 503-985-7760 for assistance with ticket transfers.
🛡️ Safety & Compliance
Will there be water stations?
Yes, we will have 2 water stations scattered throughout the event space with disposable cups for your use.
What are the responsible drinking guidelines?
⏺ Pace yourself
⏺ Use provided spit buckets (or the ground)
⏺ Eat food (don’t come on an empty stomach, and purchase food from Renegade during the event)
⏺ Stay hydrated
⏺ Plan transportation ahead of time (remember, ride-shares ARE NOT reliable in our area)
⏺ Respect the pour sizes – your server knows best, don’t hassle them for an extra large pour
⏺ Look out for others – if you came in a group, keep an eye out for your friends, but have fun!
